Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road State Highway No. 27 Waikaka Bridge to Waharoa It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 5 June 1996 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 27 on both sides of the highway commencing at the Waikaka Bridge north abutment (at RP 16/2.46) and extending in a southerly direction to the intersection of State Highway No. 27 and Walker Street, Waharoa (at RP 66/1.93); as more particularly shown on plans LA/20/102/1, LA/20/103/1, LA/20/104/1 and LA/20/104/2 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.
