Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road State Highway No. 23 Whatawhata to Okete It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 3 July 1996 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 23 on both sides of the highway commencing at the Waipa River Bridge west abutment (at RP 2/10.28) and extending in a westerly direction to the Okete Stream Bridge east abutment (at RP 34/5.29), a distance of 25.98 kilometres; as more particularly shown on plans TNZ HN/5, LA 20/71/1 and LA 20/72/1 sheets 1 to 28 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
