The Traffic (Kaipara District) Notice 1996 Pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and to a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 31 August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e (1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kaipara District) Notice 1996. (2) The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area, pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976. Schedule SITUATED within Kaipara District at Matakohe: Matakohe East Road: from Church Road to a point on Matakohe East Road 500 metres measured south easterly generally along said road from Horniblow Road.
