The Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 2, 1996 Pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and by way of the powers delegated to the Secretary for Transport by the Minister of Transport in an instrument of delegation dated the 31st day of August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 2, 1996. The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area, pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976. Schedule SITUATED within Whangarei District at Kauri: Apotu Road: from State Highway No. 1 (AwanuiBluff) to a point 900 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along Apotu Road.
