The Traffic (Western Bay of Plenty District) Notice No. 1, 1996 Pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and by way of the powers delegated to me by the Minister of Transport in an instrument of delegation dated the 31st day of August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Western Bay of Plenty District) Notice No. 1, 1996. The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area, pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976. Schedule SITUATED within Western Bay of Plenty District at Oropi: Oropi Road: from a point 600 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along Oropi Road from Oropi Gorge Road to a point 280 metres measured northerly, generally, along Oropi Road from Oropi Gorge Road.
