Greenfor Limited (in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 John Lawrence Vague and Gillian Eve Edwards, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at John Vague & Associates, Chartered Accountants, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland, with reference to Greenfor Limited, hereby give notice that on 8 January 1996, Milloy Reid Wong & Company Limited appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Greenfor Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in an instrument dated 10 January 1994 which has been assigned. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
