Russells Curtains Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, with reference to Russells Curtains Limited (``the company''), hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of May 1996, ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited appointed James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strack, both of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Deloitte House, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of the company under the powers contained in the debenture dated the 1st day of December 1987. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings and all its assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled capital.
