St Martins Enterprises Limited Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim The Companies Act 1955 On 15 December 1995, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that St Martins Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that Peter William Young, chartered accountant of KPMG Peat Marwick, Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on 15 December 1995. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts. Pursuant to section 213 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
