Wright Holdings (1996) Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that pursuant to unanimous resolution of the shareholders in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Arthur Maund Leonard McKean was appointed liquidator of the above-named on the 1st day of November 1996.
