White Castle Limited Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim The Companies Act 1955 On the 31st day of May 1996, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that White Castle Limited be liquidated and that P. W. Young of KPMG, Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of May 1996. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
