Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Public Notice to Creditors to Claim In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and the Companies Act 1955 Liquidation Regulations 1994, and in the matter of Cinqco Developers Limited (in liquidation): On the 13th day of March 1996, it was resolved by special resolution of members, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Cinqco Developers Limited be liquidated and that Mr Victor Thien Soo Tan, company secretary of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of March 1996.
