Stationery and Office Products Association of New Zealand Incorporated (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On 13 September 1995, it was resolved by a special resolution of members, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the Stationery and Office Products Association of New Zealand Incorporated be liquidated and that John Colin Belcher, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
