Declaration that Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Hurunui District Council on the 24th day of May 1995, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Clutha Mackenzie Reserve. ``Clutha Mackenzie Reserve That in exercise of its powers conferred in it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Hurunui District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the Act.''
