Notice of Final Meeting In the matter of the Companies Act 1995, and in the matter of Furnishing Accents Limited (in voluntary liquidation): Notice is given, pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that the final meeting of the company will be held at my office, First Floor, 393 Colombo Street, Christchurch, on Tuesday, 31 January 1995 at 9.00 a.m., for the purpose of: (a) Having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of.
