Vesting of a Reserve in The Dunedin City Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Dunedin City Council in trust for the purpose of the growth and preservation of timber and water supply.
