Declaration that Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Hamilton City Council on 16 December 1994: ``That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a historic reserve within the meaning of the said Act.'' Schedule South Auckland Land District Hamilton City 1148 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4, D.P. 12448, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District. All certificate of title, 467/65.
