Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Kapiti Coast District Council on the 29th day of June 1995: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Kapiti Coast District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a local purpose reserve (community use), subject to section 23 of the said Act.'' Schedule Wellington Land District Kapiti Coast District 1067 square metres, more or less, being part Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 1031.
