Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Wanganui Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Palmerston North City Council on the 27th day of March 1995: Resolved, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, that the lands more particularly described in the First Schedule hereto, be hereafter held by the council as a recreation reserve under the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and that each of the parcels of land described in the Second Schedule be hereafter held by the council as local purpose reserves (segregation) under the Reserves Act 1977.
