Change of the Name of the Matai Bay Recreation Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that, the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the Matai Bay Recreation Reserve shall hereafter be known as the Maitai Bay Recreation Reserve. Schedule North Auckland Land District Far North District 488.7884 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1 and 2, Block I, Karikari Survey District, Section 1, Block V, Karikari Survey District, Karikari 2A and 2K Blocks, Merita No. 2, A and B1 Blocks, all situated in Blocks I, II, V and VI, Karikari Survey District.
