Declaring That Land be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With the Declaration That the Area Become a Local Purpose (Aerodrome) Reserve and Classified as Such and Vested in The Auckland City Council, in Trust, for That Purpose to Form Part of the Okiwi Airfield Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and, pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Act, further declares that the conservation area shall be a local purpose (aerodrome) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, classifies the said reserve as a local purpose (aerodrome) reserve and vests the said reserve in The Auckland City Council, in trust, for that purpose, to form part of the Okiwi Airfield.
