Classification of Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (electrical substation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
