Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori Freehold land as described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for recreation, food source, eel fishery, agriculture and forestry and cultural, historic and scenic purposes for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Hori Tauroa, such reservation is to be known a Otamatearoa Hori Tauroa Maori Reserve. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land described as follows: Area m Being 5286more or less Allotment 93, Parish of Waiuku West as contained in certificate of title 93C/470.
