Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori Freehold land as described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a homestead of historical, spiritual and cultural significance for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Titihuia and Mokohiti Reweti. Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 4387more or less Part Hairini No. 1B, No. 3 and No. 4C, No. 2B Block as created by partition order dated 7 November 1950.
