Declaration that Land be Held for Conservation Purposes Together with Declaration that the Area Become Recreation Reserve Vested in the Auckland City Council Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Act, further declares that the conservation area shall be reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a recreation reserve, and further, pursuant to section 26 of the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in The Auckland City Council, in trust. Schedule North Auckland Land District Auckland City 5200 square metres, more or less, being Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 67528, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District.
