Notice Setting Apart Land as a Maori Reservation Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993 and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the lands described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground (urupa) for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Ngaitohianga and their families. The reservation is to be known as Hikinui. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block II, Takahue Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 3719 Oturu 2D3B1A, being all the land in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 24 January 1945 and part Oturu 2D3B1B, being part of the land in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 24 January 1945 and part Oturu 2D2B, being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 421, folio 225, North Auckland Land Registry.
