Classification of Naming of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Nicholson Scenic Reserve. Schedule South Auckland Land District Rotorua District Nicholson Scenic Reserve 4046 square metres, more or less, being Section 7, Block VIII, Village of Mamaku, situated in Block XIV, Rotorua Survey District.
