Change in Classification and Vesting of Part of a Reserve in the Kaikoura District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson/Marlborough Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from recreation reserve, to local purpose (aerodrome) reserve and further vests the said reserve in The Kaikoura District Council, in trust, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
