Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 24 February 1994, which was granted under those regulations to Kararaina Harmer in respect of Te Arohanui Kohanga Reo, situated at 29 Essex Crescent, Whakatu, Hastings. The centre has voluntarily closed as from 23 September 1995. This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
