Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under the authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 30 January 1995, which was granted under those regulations to Doris Zuur in respect of Te Rawhiti Kindergarten situated at 104 Rawhiti Road, Pukerua Bay, Wellington. The kindergarten has re-established at 98100 Rawhiti Road, Pukerua Bay, Wellington as of 12 September 1995.
