Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Matahi Pursuant to sections 146 and 155 of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education, hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Matahi. 2. The notice shall come into force two days after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette. 3. I hereby establish at Matahi a primary school called Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Matahi, and designate it as a kura kaupapa Maori. 4. Aims, purposes, and objectives of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Matahi. Together with the use of te reo Maori as the principal language of instruction, the following aims, purposes, and objectives constitute the character of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Matahi: (a) Kia kawea e matou, e nga pouako, e nga whanau katoa o Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Matahi a matou tamariki i roto i to matou Tuhoetanga.
