Dissolution of Board of Trustees Pursuant to section 107 (1) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that the Nga Tapuwae College Board of Trustees should not continue in existence by reason of mismanagement, incompetence and disharmony amongst the trustees and I hereby dissolve the Nga Tapuwae College Board of Trustees and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a Commissioner to act in its place.
