Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955 In the Matter of Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955 Take notice that I, Murray James Horn, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in certain funds held in the Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young Solicitors trust account currently estimated at twenty-eight thousand, six hundred dollars ($28,600) being the proceeds of the settlement of litigation between Voyager Petroleums (NZ) Limited and the Inland Revenue Department and which were paid into the Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young Solicitors trust account in August 1992.
