Notice of Review of Need for Continued Imposition of Anti-dumping Duty on Certain Types of Plasterboard from Thailand I hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 14 (5) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I have initiated a review of the need for the continued imposition of anti-dumping duty on the goods described in the Schedule to this notice. Anti-dumping duty was imposed on these goods in a notice dated 21 March 1989, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 January 1990; amended in a notice dated 1 March 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 March 1990; and reassessed duty was imposed in a notice dated 9 April 1991, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 April 1991. Schedule Goods Subject to Review Country of Origin Thailand. Description of Goods Plasterboard, being standard or foil-backed plasterboard having nominal dimensions of 9 mm or 9.5 mm thickness by 1200 mm width by 2400 mm to 3600 mm length. The goods are currently classifiable under Tariff Items and Statistical Keys 6809.11.00.10D and 6809.19.00.10L of the Tariff of New Zealand.
