Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 October 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Kenneth Boyland in respect of Te Kohanga Reo O Te Roiho, 21 Margaret Avenue, Flaxmere. The centre has closed voluntarily as from 30 June 1994. This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
