O E Jordan & Son Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 I, Charles Gordon Houghton, the liquidator of O E Jordan & Son Limited (in liquidation), hereby give notice that: (a) I have delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955. (b) I am seeking to have the company removed from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, on the basis that I have completed my duties as liquidator of the company and the company is ready to be removed from the Register.
