Lowland Meadows Limited Public Notice for Intended Removal From the Register of the Above Company Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned director of Lowland Meadows Limited, whose registered office is situated at 16 Main Street, Gore, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies a request that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended). Unless written objection to such removal, under section 296 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Henderson House, 93 Kelvin Street, Invercargill by the 7th day of February 1996 (being a date not less than 28 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
