N and J Stokell Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register The Companies Act 1955 Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of N and J Stokell Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 3 Mangati Road, Bell Block, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 293 (1) (d) of the Act, on the ground that the liquidation of the company has been completed. Unless written objection to such removal, under section 296 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at New Plymouth by the 14th day of December 1995, (being a date not less than 28 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
