Adchem New Zealand Limited AK. 192425 Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register Take notice that Owens Industrial Services Limited, the majority shareholder of Adchem New Zealand Limited, hereby gives notice that it intends to request the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, in accordance with section 293 (1) (d) (1) of the Companies Act 1955, to remove Adchem New Zealand Limited whose registered office is situated at 4 Aranui Road, Penrose, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has no surplus assets after paying in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and that no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, for an order putting the company into liquidation. Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 7th day of September 1995, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
