Vortex Nominees Limited Application to Remove Company From Register Pursuant to Section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is hereby given that Vortex Nominees Limited, having its registered office at 5153 Shortland Street, Auckland (``the company''), intends to make an application to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, on the basis that the company has ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for the company to continue in existence.
