Notice of Cessation Esselte Pty. Limited (formerly known as Esselte Business Systems Australia Pty. Limited), an Australian Corporation with its registered office at 126 Hassall Street, Wetherill Park, N.S.W. 2164, gives notice under section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 that it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand on 1 April 1986.
