Heylen Group Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receivership Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Gerard James Hulst, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Heylen Group Limited on the 23rd day of January 1995 under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 13th day of August 1986.
