Federal Quarry Company Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Receiver Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 I, Kerry Patrick Francis, chartered accountant of Nelson, give notice that on 20 June 1995, I was appointed receiver of Federal Quarry Company Limited at Motueka by Rex Allan Krammer, contractor of Redwood Valley and Reta Mary Krammer, his wife, under a memorandum of encumbrance dated 22 November 1993, in respect of the income of the quarry right owned by Federal Quarry Company Limited (and legally described as Quarry Right No. 337084.1 (Nelson)) in respect of all that parcel of land at Aniseed Valley, Nelson, containing 9.30 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 16598, described in certificate of title 10D/622 (Nelson Registry). My appointment as receiver of income of Federal Quarry Company Limited, pursuant to the powers contained in the above-mentioned memorandum of encumbrance was confirmed by order of the High Court in a judgment dated 6 September 1995.
