Yasata Cosmetics (NZ) Limited (receivers appointed) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 David Bryden Davidson and David John Bridgman, both chartered accountants of Auckland, whose offices are at Level Fifteen, Arthur Andersen Tower, 205209 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 8th day of August 1995, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Yasata Cosmetics (NZ) Limited (``the company'') under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 15th day of December 1994. The appointment was made in respect of all of the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
