Apollo Battery Company Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Smith Chilcott, Chartered Accountants, General Buildings, 29 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on 13 January 1995, the Bank of New Zealand and F J Hawkes & Co (Australia) Pty Limited appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Apollo Battery Company Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated 17 March 1989. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
