Lewis M McMahon Enterprises Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that Bruce McCallum and David Ross Petterson, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Lewis M McMahon Enterprises Limited on the 10th day of January 1995 under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 30th day of September 1994. Our appointment is in addition to that of John Joseph Cregten and Kingi Winiata Smiler, who were appointed receivers and managers of Lewis M McMahon Enterprises Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated 27 August 1993.
