Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 Azazel Investments Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of June 1995, it appointed Kenneth William Fergus and Douglas James Harvie, chartered accountants of Dunedin, as receivers and managers of the property of Hinchley Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of March 1994, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Hinchley Limited.
