Notice of Appointment of Receiver In the matter of section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993, and in the matter of Tamakyu International Limited (in receivership): Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of May 1995, Mascot Finance Limited hereby appointed Glen Allan Stapley and David Stanley Duns, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, as receivers and managers of the property of Tamakyu International Limited, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 27th day of July 1993, given by that company. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings, goodwill and assets, relating to the operation of the business carried on by Tamakyu International Limited.
