NRG New Zealand Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of January 1995, Messrs John Joseph Cregten and Kingi Winiata Smiler, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of NRG New Zealand Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 27th day of August 1993, given by that company.
