Box 2099), Christchurch, hereby give notice that on 21st day of March 1995, they were appointed by Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited to be jointly and severally receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of Aga Investments Limited charged by a certain debenture dated 1 April 1993, given by Aga Investments Limited in favour of Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited, Cash Wholesalers (South Island) Limited and Foodstuffs (South Island) Properties Limited. The receivers and managers have been appointed jointly and severally in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property, goodwill and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.
