I C & H C Neale Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On 4 November 1995, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that I C & H C Neale Limited be liquidated and that Anthony John Mark Healey, chartered accountant of Nelson, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
